Who we are
Open Bridge Community CIC (“we”, “us”) is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you choose and your message. We do not ask for more than we need to reply to you.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to help connect you with appropriate support, activities or opportunities. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We will only share it with another organisation — for example as part of a supported referral — with your agreement, unless we are required to by law or to keep someone safe. Our website and email are run by service providers who process information on our behalf and under our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to support you, and then delete them.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics, we will update this notice and ask for your permission first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, please contact us.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
