Open Bridge Connections sits at the heart of what we do. Through one-to-one support, we listen to what matters to each person, understand the challenges they may be facing and help connect them with existing services, organisations and opportunities within Hertsmere and the wider community.
We also listen to the experiences, ideas and needs of local people so that we can better understand where barriers exist and help strengthen connections across the community.
